These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any engagement with A2 Innovators ("we", "us", "our"), based in Bangalore, India, for website development, AI Business Assistant, AI Voice Agent, automation, or other digital engineering services (the "Services"). By browsing this website, submitting an enquiry, or engaging our Services, you ("Client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Our Services

We provide, among others, the following Services:

• Professional business websites (responsive design, WhatsApp/call integration, Google Maps, content showcase).
• AI Business Assistant integration for 24×7 website-based customer Q&A.
• AI Voice Agent solutions for voice-based customer interaction and appointment workflows.
• API and workflow automation connecting your website to CRMs, spreadsheets, and messaging tools.
• Custom digital solutions and dynamic web applications scoped on a project basis.

The exact scope, deliverables, and price for your project are confirmed in writing (via email, WhatsApp, or a project quotation) before development begins.

2. Project Process

Engagements generally follow a six-step process: understanding your business, planning the website, design & development, review of a live demo, finalization & refinement, and go-live. Timelines depend on project scope, content readiness, and the speed of your feedback; typical Essential websites are ready for demo review within 5 to 7 business days of receiving complete content.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Development pricing covers design, development, configuration, and initial deployment for the agreed project scope, as quoted at engagement.
• Third-party or recurring costs — including but not limited to custom domain registration, paid production hosting, AI API token usage, voice/telephony usage, and premium third-party subscriptions — are billed separately and are not included in the development price. No third-party service is represented as unlimited or permanently free.
• Payment terms (advance, milestone, or full payment) are confirmed at the start of each engagement. Work on the next project milestone may be paused if agreed payments are outstanding.
• Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, timely content (text, images, pricing, and other assets), and prompt feedback during review stages. Delays in providing content or feedback may extend project timelines proportionately.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for a project, ownership of the final delivered website or solution (excluding third-party software, libraries, stock assets, and AI/voice provider platforms, which remain licensed from their respective owners) transfers to the Client. Until full payment is received, all work-in-progress deliverables remain the property of A2 Innovators. We retain the right to showcase completed public-facing work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Confidentiality

We treat business information you share with us as confidential and use it solely to deliver your project, except where disclosure is required by law.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

We take reasonable care to deliver functional, tested websites and solutions. However, Services are provided on an "as is" basis, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, particular business outcomes (such as sales or lead volume), or the continued availability, pricing, or performance of third-party providers (AI models, telephony carriers, hosting platforms, domain registrars) outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, A2 Innovators's total liability arising out of any engagement shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business opportunity.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on refunds following termination or cancellation.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this website or our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
